She faced a lot of challenges with the people she hired along the way, even though they all came recommended by people she knew. When she finished building her house, Michelle had to redo most of the structures.
“My experience is not unique in Zambia, and the more this happens, the harder it is for small service providers to find clients because trust in the Zambian service space is a little broken. So, I built Rivuuz to solve these problems for both service providers and consumers. The mission is simple: to help customers find quality pros and help quality pros find work.”
