If the business angel invests more than €10,000, then the matching fund will triple the amount of funding the startup receives from the angel investors.

How Catalytic Africa Works

01

Registration

Fill in the registration form. All stakeholders have to register, whether you are a start-up, an innovation hub, an angel network, or an angel investor.

02

Submit Matching Application

After investing in a startup supported by an AfriLabs hub, the angel network, which is an ABAN affiliated member, applies for matching funds..

03

Application Review

After the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed to make sure it complies with all the eligibility and compliance requirements.

04

KYC Review

If your application is approved, the KYC check on the beneficiaries will be carried out. Disbursement will be subjected to KYC check clearance.
